ABOUT: I am a huge history buff, so it’s no surprise that my favorite challenge to play on The Sims 4 is the Decades Challenge. When Cats and Dogs was released, it included the perfect dress to use as a base for a 1970’s Styled Long Dress.
You can download the dress with the shirt, without or both.
